J\u2019ai essay\u00e9&nbsp;: c\u2019est faux&nbsp;!&nbsp;Autour du village o\u00f9 Louis Pasteur a v\u00e9cu, le c\u00e9page chardonnay offre un profil gustatif diff\u00e9rent qu\u2019en Bourgogne. On d\u00e9c\u00e8le un aspect volontiers min\u00e9ral d\u00fb,&nbsp;sans doute, \u00e0 un sol de marne caract\u00e9ristique du cru arboisien. Nez floral et fruit\u00e9, la bouche se r\u00e9v\u00e8le fra\u00eeche et friande. Excellent. Hugh Ryman associe malbec et merlot dans cette cuv\u00e9e dynamique o\u00f9 le caract\u00e8re du fruit est pr\u00e9serv\u00e9 m\u00eame avec un \u00e9levage partiel en barriques. Voil\u00e0 un rouge expressif, au fruit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s gourmand, g\u00e9n\u00e9reux aussi. On adore.
