Celui-ci (jus et peaux) est distill\u00e9 et associ\u00e9 \u00e0 de l\u2019alcool de grain et une dizaine d\u2019herbes aromatiques (comme sureau, baies de gen\u00e9vrier, gingembre, citronnelle\u2026). Le r\u00e9sultat donne un des plus \u00e9tonnants Gin belges.
